My role: Director of Operations
A healthcare compliance consultancy. It handles licensing for home care agencies and group homes in all 50 states, and prepares the policy documentation those agencies need to open and stay compliant.
I build and run the systems behind it: the public site, client intake, the document production line, and the internal tools on the AI Systems page.

My web design studio for healthcare agency owners: home care, assisted living, hospice, and medical transport. Every owner saw a free preview of their site before paying anything.
It did not need to be its own company. The same owners needed licensing, policies, and a website, so it now lives inside Davidson RN Consulting as the website service.
